Context

As my art focuses on sustainability and recyclability, it was important to reuse and document the creation of 'Enclosed', which thus led to the creation of 'Unravelled'. This video piece allowed for documentation of sustainability, whilst also engaging in sound work and process art. Instead of disregarding the plastic coating of the hoola hoop, I was able to create an art piece of a disused, disposable material. 'Unravelled' encouraged methodical sustainability, and the removed material was featured in 'Enclosed' to further highlight sustainability and recyclability of plastic materials.
